Because whatever the language you happen to speak, it's not the only language or "the most important" in the world and NOT all the rest of the world should speak it.
So wherever you go, learn to speak the native language and don't bitch if they can't speak yours. This also applies if you visit a website made in another language or if you get a program in a different language. Learn it or leave it! Learning is a good thing!
